The Cellar Schematic is a wine cellar app for iPhone, iPad and Android, made in Sydney. It draws a collection as it really stands and shows what is ready to drink. There is no account, no tracking and no app subscription: one purchase, and the cellar stays in the collector's own iCloud or on their device.
The Cellar Schematic was built by listening to wine collectors — looking at the records some have kept for decades, and at cellars that fit nobody's idea of a rack. Racks, fridges, bins and diamond lattices are drawn as they really stand, with every bottle in its place, and each wine can carry its drinking window. A label can be scanned with nothing connected.
Privacy is the starting point: no account, no analytics, no advertising and no servers of ours. The cellar lives in the collector's own iCloud on iPhone and iPad, or on the device itself on Android. Optional AI features, including a Virtual Sommelier, run on the collector's own OpenAI account.
